Having spent over a decade anchoring the rhythms of Aotearoa New Zealand's most celebrated roots music, Erthlite is going completely rogue.

As a former key touring and session member of NZ reggae powerhouses Cornerstone Roots and Lost Tribe Aotearoa,  Erthlite has commanded major festival stages across Australasia and toured internationally, sharpening a conscious, politically charged lyrical edge.   But after years inside the traditional live band framework, a quiet obsession with digital synthesis and heavy sound system culture began to take over.

Now, stepping out as a solo entity under the Syntropy Productions banner, Erthlite has dismantled the classic roots formula to build something vastly more volatile: Electronic Reggae.

This new sonic direction fuses the deep, earth-shaking basslines of traditional Dub with cold, industrial electronic beats, political soundscapes, and synth frequencies.  It is conscious music built for the future. Backed by the cutting-edge production house infrastructure of their label, Erthlite is set to debut this heavy electronic live showcase via exclusive audio-visual sessions, ahead of an extensive headline festival and club tour across New Zealand and Australia.  The roots remain deep, but the frequencies are shifting.
